Emerald provides support from specifications, design, and sizing, to installation maintenance, and upgrades.

Emerald realized the expertise they gained in the coal processing plants translated well to many material process systems and enjoys working any challenge presented.

We began our carriers working in the fields of the Anthracite mining industry of Pennsylvania. We noticed production was always limited at the coal preparation plants that we worked at, so we focused our interests and skills in eliminating the inefficiencies in the plants. we become so skilled at plant production, maintance, staff training, and equipment utilization; Emerald Machine & Fabrication was founded. We want to provide our years of experience in material handling and process to other plants throughout the region.
